Shipping Questions:
What company do you use for shipping and do you provide tracking information?
We ship USPS first class for all U.S. orders. We will provide a tracking number with every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. However we have to ask the buyer to pay for shipping charges.
Can I change the address it is being shipped to?
Absolutely! Please send an email as soon as possible so we can make sure it gets to the right address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We suggest it takes between 2-3 weeks from when the order is received to delivery at your home.
Do you accept returns if a product was damaged in shipping?
Please send us an email with pictures of the damaged product. We will replace the order free of charge.
What if my keychain gets damaged?
In case of a keychain being damaged send it back; repairs will be free of charge.
